On campus, he is a member of the Christian Student Fellowship and the Capital Scholars Honors Program. Asked what he most likes about UIS, he said “I enjoy the people and community here on campus.” Following graduation from UIS, he plans on becoming a high school history teacher. |

New office nameplate option includes preferred pronouns

We are pleased to announce that pronouns can now be included on nameplates for faculty and staff. Signage standards have been amended to include pronouns below the name - see the photo at the right for a sample nameplate appearance. All other standards remain in place, including the preclusion of professional designations, certifications, name prefixes, etc. in order to maintain adequate font size for readability and a consistent image campus-wide. |
