A Message from the Chancellor: Thank you for two years of being United in Safety

3.23.22 Dear UIS Students and Colleagues: Two years ago, as the COVID-19 pandemic began to take hold of our world, we found ourselves experiencing a newfound sense of uncertainty, faced with decisions we had never before imagined making. Over a rapidly changing and very abbreviated period of time in March 2020, UIS leaders recognized the need to complete the semester remotely and asked anyone who could stay home to do so. Seeking Commencement Volunteers
Mar 22, 2022
Greetings Past Commencement Volunteers, Commencement time is quickly approaching and, once again, I am looking for volunteers to help us make this year’s Commencement memorable for our students. We are heading back down to the BOS Center for two ceremonies this year at 12:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. so we are going to need a bit of additional help, more so then we have needed in the last two years. We have an excited class of graduates, looking forward to celebrating with their family and friends. |
