• Intern & Fellowship Housing: Available after UIS students' needs are met; flexible contract terms.
• New UIS Faculty & Staff Temporary Housing: limited to a 3 month contract

All rooms are smoke-free, and UIS is a tobacco-free campus. Stays under 31 days may be subject to Hotel Operators’ Occupation Tax.
